About the Programme

Zijin Golden Ridge Limited is inviting applications from qualified and recently graduated professionals for its 2026/2027 Graduate Trainee Programme.

The programme is designed to provide graduates with practical mining industry experience, structured workplace learning and professional development.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges within an operating mine while developing the technical skills and professional competencies required for a career in the mining industry.

Available Academic Disciplines

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution in one of the following disciplines:

• Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mining Engineering
• Geological Engineering
• Mineral Processing or Materials Engineering
• Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the specified disciplines.
2. Have completed their National Service.
3. Have completed National Service during 2025 or the 2026 National Service period.
4. Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to a professional mining environment.
5. Possess problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
6. Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety, discipline and ethical conduct.
