Teledata ICT is inviting applications from qualified, technically skilled and customer-oriented individuals for two Technical Support Engineer (L1) positions in Accra.

The successful candidates will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot networking issues and assist customers with connectivity-related challenges.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with practical networking experience, particularly in MikroTik, Wi-Fi, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and fibre network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Support Engineer will be expected to:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot MikroTik and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and isolate FWA and fibre network faults.
• Identify and resolve basic network connectivity problems.
• Assist customers with technical enquiries and service issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems where necessary.
• Maintain proper records of technical support activities.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused support.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• A MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA), CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification; OR an HND/BSc qualification in a relevant field.
• At least one year of hands-on networking experience.
• Practical knowledge of networking technologies and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and work effectively.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday.
• Saturday morning duty on a rotational basis.
• On-site work in Accra.
• No night shifts.

Two (2) Technical Support Engineer positions are available.
