About the Programme

GCB Bank PLC is inviting applications from qualified, ambitious and high-performing graduates for its 2026 E

aglet Management Trainee Programme.

The 24-month structured development programme is designed to identify and develop exceptional young graduates for future leadership and critical roles within the banking sector.

Participants will gain practical banking experience, professional training, exposure to different departments and opportunities to contribute to the Bank’s strategic initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

1. Have completed the National Service Scheme by the time of application in 2026.
2. Be 25 years old or younger at the time of application.
3. Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least Second Class Upper Division.
4. Have graduated from a recognised and appropriately accredited tertiary institution.
5. Be willing and available to work in any GCB business or support function and at any of the Bank’s locations across Ghana.

Eligible Academic Disciplines: Graduates from all academic disciplines are welcome to apply.

• Academic certificates.
• Academic transcripts.
• National Service Certificate or Attestation.
• Scanned National ID or passport biodata page as evidence of age.

Selection Process

The recruitment process may include:
