The Ashesi Center for Entrepreneurship is inviting applications from talented, proactive and committed professionals to join its team.

The Center supports students, alumni and emerging entrepreneurs in developing business ideas, building viable ventures and contributing to a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Three exciting positions are currently available for individuals who are passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity and professional excellence.

Available Positions

1. Senior Programs Officer – Venture Ecosystem

This role focuses on managing venture development programmes and supporting entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing venture development programmes.
• Supporting business founders and entrepreneurs.
• Coordinating mentorship, specialist support and funding processes.
• Monitoring venture performance and progress.
• Building relationships with alumni founders and ecosystem partners.

2. Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will develop creative visual materials that communicate the Center’s programmes, activities, research and impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing digital and print communication materials.
• Creating social media graphics, publications, presentations and campaign materials.
• Developing infographics and visual storytelling materials.
• Maintaining consistent branding and design standards.
• Supporting event promotions and student engagement campaigns.

3. Senior Programs Officer – Student and Academic Innovation

This position focuses on supporting student entrepreneurship, academic innovation and the development of promising ideas into viable ventures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing student entrepreneurship programmes.
• Supporting students and teams in developing innovative ideas.
• Working with faculty and academic departments.
• Coordinating innovation and venture development activities.
• Monitoring programme performance and student engagement.
